Valentine’s Day is a day in celebration of love, friendship, and all the little things in life that you love. Whether you are single or in a relationship, the day should be celebrated in one way or another! With the holiday this week, here are some ideas for how to spend it!

Rather than going out to a restaurant, where the wait could be long, a picnic is a great alternative. Whether it's with a partner or friend, picnics are a great way to spend the holiday. Tallahassee has a handful of nice parks that could be perfect for a picnic!

3. Painting Night
Painting is an amazing way to spend Galentine’s day! I love this idea of painting on tote bags!
4. Decorate Cookies
Many stores have premade cookies that come with the required items to decorate cookies. Here is an affordable kit from Target! This activity could be amped up by making it into a decorating contest!
5. Stay in with a Romance Book
Sometimes, self-love is the most important. If you are anything like me, a good book is an ideal night in!
