With the new year approaching, our organization has been discussing what we can do to help attract more members and become more well-known on campus. We have been struggling with attendance at our meetings and would love to see some new faces in 2023. Not having a big attendance at meetings only inspires us to work harder and market better.
This semester we have made tremendous progress with our marketing skills and techniques. We have an entire executive board with amazing, creative, young women that will help maximize our organization's potential. We are starting to post on social platforms regularly again and become more active in general. We have even created a new posting about historical women and their accomplishments, which has been very successful so far.

I think our main goal in the new year is Market Wednesday and how we will present ourselves there. We want to create a welcoming environment with cute souvenirs that will appeal to all students visiting between classes and compels them to join. We are always open to new members and any ideas that you may have regarding how we can attract more of you! You will just have to wait and see at Market Wednesday what all we have to offer! The new year is full of new beginnings, and we can’t wait to show off what we have been working so hard on to better Women Wednesdays here at FSU. See you in 2023!
